Look What You Made Us Do: 2024-2025 in Review

July 15, 2025

Dear Friends,

Since October 7th, Jews are once again at a moment in our history of urgent need for leadership, community and Torah. YCT answered this call in 2024-2025.

Here’s a snapshot of what your support made possible this year in our three core mission areas:

Training Today’s & Tomorrow’s Leaders

YCT serves as a premier institute for advanced Jewish learning and rabbinic formation. This year, YCT has:

Building Community

YCT is a global network of leaders and their kehillot. This year, YCT has:

  • 200 rabbis in the field! This is our largest alumni network ever, whom we support through Torah, mentorship, continuing training, gatherings and retreats
  • Rabbinic convenings on urgent communal issues, including supporting mental health, and championing LGBTQ inclusion, providing halakhic and pastoral guidance
  • Connected YCT communities internationally to our mission and Torah through shabbatonim and speaking engagements, creating belonging and membership that transcends geography

Spreading Torah

YCT advances a vibrant, inclusive Torah through scholarship, media and public engagement. This year, YCT has:

  • Hosted our Kollel for Psak programs in both the US and Israel
  • Kicked off our national Whirlwind Book Tour of “It Takes Two To Torah,” helping to bridge the gap with Conservative, Reform, and broader Jewish communities

This has all been possible thanks to your ongoing and increased investment in us and our rabbis in the field. Your partnership makes our shared vision a reality.

We are more committed than ever to building a future with the leadeship, community and Torah our people urgently need.

Please join us in our sacred work.

With gratitude and enormous pride,
Rabbi Dov Linzer & Ruthie Strosberg Simon
