Rabbanit Aliza Sperling

Rabbanit Aliza Sperling is a member of the Talmud faculty at Yeshivat Maharat and SVIVAH’s Director of Education. She has also served as director of Maharat’s Halakha in Action program and its Advanced Ordination Kollel. She is a Wexner faculty member, and has previously been a Hartman research fellow and the director of the Melton program in the Washington DC area. She has authored curricula for many Jewish organizations, including  Hillel, Jewish Women’s Renaissance Project (now Momentum), and ShalomLearning.  She loves learning and teaching, and discussing the depth and meaning of Torah with all Jewish learners. She received her ordination from Yeshivat Maharat and JD from NYU Law School.
