Rav Yotam Halperin was ordained by the Chief Rabbinate following studies at Yeshivat Hesder Otniel, and is a resident of Jerusalem. He serves as advisor to the Israeli Minister of Communications in addition to serving a R”am at Yeshivat Otniel. He is also the Assistant Director of Lev Lada’at, a division of the Israeli Ministry of education, devoted to development of curricula and programming for the religious school system. Holds M.A. in Jewish Philosophy.
